How can I do scrapbooking and be proud of it?
I like the idea of scrapbooking but I hate the way my pages turn out. Now I won& 039 t scrap anymore. I am now trying to break that and print pics and look for coordinating materials but I dont feel proud of my photos or the way I arrange my photos on the page, or the way I designed the papers and embellishments on my page. I have taken scrapbooking classes before but they never taught us how to make a picture coordinate wiht your page we never used pictures, they just taught me design. I have looked for this kind of class but could not find it. Besides not appreciating how the page turns out, in the beginning I don& 039 t like my photos. When it comes to photos of me or for my own events, I don& 039 t capture moments people take pics of me smiling and that& 039 s it. I take pics of everything else. i can get someone else in a good moment like kissing their husband or doing silly things, but I am critical of those pics too b c i feel they are not technically correct in the way I took them. I know I am very critical but I just look at my pages and they look juvenile, not like an adult made them with love like the way i see friends make them. How can I conquer these issues?

Here are the steps as they stand1 Decide on a theme for your scrapbook2 Buy an album and Scrapbooking From the store3 Sort through Pictures & pick the ones you want to use4 Decide on a layout by placing pictures on the page to get an idea5 Crop and mat Pictures by cutting them with scissors6 Start sticking pictures to pages7Journal the Scrapbook by writing what the pictures are about8 Adding Embellishments by adding stickers, cutting out things to put on the pages etc

I used to have a kodak printer dock series 3 that I just plugged my digital camera into and printed directly from the photo gallery. I need to find something that prints out good quality photos for scrapbooking. The largest that I need the pictures to be would be about a 4x11 print. I am looking for something that is user friendly and prints a pretty picture. Any input would be appreciated Thanks in advance

Ideas for cute lettering in scrapbooking/posters?
Hey guys I need some cute ideas for kinds of lettering to put on a poster. Just like ideas for different things you can accent your letters with to make them look a little whimsy, like the way you can outline it with dots or box in the letters or just different ways to write, I& 039 ve definitely run out of ideas It& 039 s for a poster that& 039 s kind of like what cheerleaders make for their players, or just cute written out pages you give to people, if that makes any sense at all.
