You can literally go crazy in scrapbooking. You will need paper first and foremost. To protect photographs, be sure it is marked "acid free & lignin free " somewhere. You will probably benefit from one or more magazines or books that talk about scrapbooking with examples of layouts (LO for short). After that, the sky 's the limit with all sorts of embellishments including stickers, brads, transfers or rub-ons and oodles more. I 've seen some really sophisticated LOs at crops. OH, check your local meetup.com for a group near you. You can learn an incredible amount from others. Classes may be offered at a store near you and you can meet some wonderful folks either way too. Pre-requisite: Have Fun! (and the rule: perfect is NOT allowed!) well, that 's MY rule anyway... :) Pam Hoffman seminarlist.blogspot.com |
