Http:/ / twopeasinabucket.com/ is THE #1 scrapbooking website. There are many posters there who have been published, as well as those who are just starting out. Their gallery is one of the best there is and their "pea soup " section of quotes, etc is huge. Ivillage has a scrapbooking board too.
